July Birthdays! Painting vintage children's book pages with watercolor

I have been kinda busy for the last couple of days, so I just had to do some quickie little projects. It's all I had time for!

I tore some pages out of a 1950's children's "Learn to Count" book and used watercolors to color the illustrations to use for birthday cards. There are a lot of July b-days on my calendar.

The caption for this one (unfortunately, I sealed the envelope before I snapped a pic. DANGIT!) was:

"thinking of you...

...while I just kinda sit here and hold this apple."

Hehe....

and finally this one. My friend Jessie LOVES giraffes... That's all for now. Hopefully, I'll get some more time and am able to post some more interesting projects :D
