Cloth-covered buttons

So! In my motherlode of buttons that I got at the thrift store, there were a couple packs of "buttons to cover." How awesome! I saw some fabric-covered-button-hair-elastics on Etsy one time, so I thought I'd have a go.
You might recognize the fabric, as it's the same as the stuff I used for the foresty fox zippered pouch.
I kinda messed up a little. It's hard to get the fabric centered perfectly on there, but meh. To attach the elastics, there is a litte loop on the back of the button. All you have to do is thread the elastic in a loop through it, then pass it through itself and pull. Nifty, nifty. I wish I had more little fabric scraps printed with cute tiny things on them...
